Mann Island Wins Regeneration Development of the Year at North-West Property Week Awards

Mann Island in Liverpool has won the Regeneration Development of the Year at the 2009 North-West Property Week Awards. 

Our Manchester office has been working alongside architects Broadway Malyan, as building services and environmental consultants on a significant element of this mixed-use redevelopment.  Our involvement will provide an exciting new destination on Liverpool's historic waterfront, that will include three iconic buildings encompassing high quality public spaces.  These new spaces will transform the area, reconnecting the waterfront with the city centre and open access to previously enclosed areas of the dock.
